Now the directions about the frequency of consumption of certain foods, to be spread over 14 meals per week (alternating between lunch and dinner):
- meat: 30 g - 4/5 times
- fish: 50 g - 2/3 times
- cooked or raw ham: 20 g - 1 time
- eggs: 1 egg - 1 time
- cheese: 30 g - 3/4 times
- legumes: 20 g - 1/2 times
